Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Method: We ship via USPS or UPS to addresses within the United States.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
- Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pig Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Pig Life purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to initiate a return.
- Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Return Options: We offer exchanges or store credit. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance items, accessories, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom Orders: Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Processing Time: Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks to complete. Need it faster? Expedite options may be available.
